1. Our service
KarPayvand publishes reviewed jobs, free resume reviews via submit resume and magazine training. Free for job seekers. We connect talent to opportunity; we do not guarantee hiring.
2. Employer verification
Every ad is checked before publishing: company identity, open role, valid contact. Unverified ads never go live. Reported ads are suspended, then fixed or removed. False employer data leads to permanent bans.
3. Resume confidentiality
Your resume is never published publicly. It goes to an employer only with your explicit consent for the role you chose. Deletion requests run within 72 hours (see privacy).
4. Report policy
Anyone can report a suspicious ad from about (report section). Reports are confidential; deliberately false repeat reports limit your account. Offending employers (fake pay, charging candidates, illegal terms) are banned permanently.
5. Fair use
Spam, form abuse, bulk scraping and bypassing verification are forbidden. Magazine content is free for personal, non-commercial use; reposts with attribution are fine.
